01Information We Handle

To provide account login, VPN services, device management, subscriptions and customer support, we handle the following information:

• Account information: email address, passwords handled using security measures, language settings and login sessions. We do not collect mobile phone numbers and currently do not support third-party account login.
• Device information: client type, information about devices used to log in and the time of their last activity.
• Service usage: aggregate traffic volume, most recent connection time and estimated time online, used for usage statistics and service management.
• Payment information: records necessary to verify purchases, manage subscription entitlements and process orders.
• Customer support information: information you voluntarily provide through support tickets or email.

Server security logs may contain access IP addresses, used to maintain service security and investigate anomalies.

02VPN Activity Records

We do not log your browsing content, domains visited, DNS queries or destination addresses. Providing a VPN connection involves necessary processing of network communications. “Do not log” above means that this information is not saved as access activity logs.

03Third-Party Services and Code Scanning

The Android version uses Google Play to process subscription payments. Related payment data is also subject to Google's privacy policy.

We currently do not integrate advertising services, third-party user behavior analytics or automatic crash reporting services.

The Android version provides a code scanning feature.

To provide our services, hosting providers and other service providers may process relevant data.

04Data Storage and Protection

We take measures appropriate to the risks associated with the data to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

05Data Retention

VPN usage records are retained for 90 days, and login session data is retained for up to 30 days.

If order and payment records must be retained to meet legal obligations, we retain only the necessary information and restrict its use.

06Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account or personal information, please contact [email protected]. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity.

Deletion requests are subject to a 7-day waiting period.

After the waiting period ends, the system revokes VPN access, deletes data such as sessions, devices and support tickets, and anonymizes the account.

If order and payment records must be retained to meet legal obligations, we retain only the necessary information and restrict its use.

07Your Requests and Policy Updates

You may contact us at [email protected] to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information. To protect your account, we may require identity verification and will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

If our data handling practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. For material changes, we will notify you through appropriate means and obtain consent when required.
