01Scope of these terms

Please read these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Information before registering, purchasing or using the service. The plan details, price, billing period and other order conditions shown at purchase also apply to that order.

You must have the capacity required by applicable law to enter into and perform the contract. Obtain a guardian's consent where the law requires it. These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights.

02Our services

CloudWeave VPN provides VPN connections and related location selection, account, device and subscription management features. Available apps, nodes, device allowances and other benefits depend on your plan and the features actually provided.

A VPN does not replace device security software and cannot guarantee complete anonymity, protection from every threat or uninterrupted access to any third-party website. Your experience may be affected by your local network, device, node load and third-party services.

03Accounts and security

Provide accurate account and contact information, and keep your password and login credentials secure. Contact us and the relevant purchasing platform promptly if you discover unauthorized access, charges or another security issue.

Use device allowances in accordance with your plan. Do not use someone else's account without permission, bypass device limits or resell the service without authorization. See the Privacy Policy for account deletion and related data handling.

04Plans, payments and renewals

Before paying, check the plan name, service term, device allowance, price, currency and whether it renews automatically. Available billing periods and benefits are those shown at purchase confirmation; plans may vary by channel.

For an automatically renewing subscription, the renewal period, price and cancellation method are those confirmed by the purchasing platform. Google Play subscriptions can be viewed and canceled through Google Play subscription management. Other channels use the management methods they actually provide.

Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancellation normally stops charges for future periods and does not automatically refund payments already made, subject to applicable law and platform exceptions. See the Refund Information for how to request a refund.

05Acceptable use

Follow applicable laws and respect the rights of other people and third-party services. Do not use the service to:

• Access, attack or disrupt another person's systems or networks without authorization.
• Distribute malware, commit fraud, send spam or steal accounts or data.
• Infringe privacy, intellectual property or other lawful rights.
• Bypass our authentication, payment or device management systems, or abuse the service in ways that disrupt other users.

Using a VPN does not remove your responsibility for your own actions.

06Availability and changes

We may adjust services and nodes due to maintenance, security, infrastructure or changes to third-party networks. We will explain foreseeable changes that materially affect use through appropriate channels.

Contact us if paid benefits do not work properly. Refunds or other remedies for service issues are handled under the Refund Information, the order conditions at purchase and applicable law. These terms do not exclude responsibilities we have under law.

07Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend services to the extent necessary for serious violations, compromised accounts, security risks or legal requirements. Except where restricted by law or in urgent security cases, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us for review.

You may stop using the service and cancel renewals through the relevant purchasing channel. Stopping use, logging out or deleting the app does not mean a subscription has been canceled. Deleting an account is not a substitute for checking the subscription status with the purchasing platform. Suspension or termination does not automatically exclude refund rights for payments already made.

08Privacy and intellectual property

See the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled. These terms do not expand the data collection or use disclosed in that policy.

CloudWeave branding, apps and website content are protected by relevant intellectual property rights. You may use the service within these terms and your plan. Do not impersonate the brand or copy or distribute protected content without authorization. Uses permitted by law and applicable third-party software licenses are unaffected.

09Contact, disputes and updates

For questions about the service, orders or these terms, contact [email protected]. We encourage you to contact support first to resolve a problem. This does not affect your legal rights to complain, seek remedies or contact a competent authority.

We will update the relevant terms when the service or rules change, notify you appropriately of material changes and obtain consent where required by law. Updates should not retrospectively remove rights you have under law.
